Repair Clause

Audi AG opposes the sale of such non-original spare parts in PJ quality enabling the installation of the AUDI emblem.
The actions of Audi AG make it impossible to benefit from the Repair Clause* applicable in Poland and other countries in relation to these parts.
Until the legal disputes with Audi AG (which have been going on for several years) are finally concluded, the sale of these non-original parts is suspended.
